[ DESCRIPTION ]:

- This application allows you to update your console's firmware by installing the
most important available updates (IOS, System Menu, new channels...).

The application will avoid the installation of any non desired application and
do some patching to add extra features (eg: Trucha bug).

[ REQUISITES ]:

- 150-250 free blocks.
- Internet connection / SD card + needed WAD files.

[ HOW TO USE ]:

- Run the application with any method to load homebrew.
- Select the preferred installation method.

Recommended updating steps (it's how I updated)...

1.Download and install the HackMii Installer v0.5.
2.Download and run Waninkoko's Firmware Updater v4.2.
3.Download and run Dop-IOS.
4.Using Dop-IOS, downgrade IOS30 to v1040 (fixes "no vulnerable IOS's found" error, if you need to run the HackMii Installer again).
5.Using Dop-IOS, reinstall the latest IOS61 without the sig-hash fix (fixes the upside-down Homebrew Channel).
6.WIN!

hat die schon jemand getestet? man muss sicher vorher alles updaten auf 4.2fähig?

Hab sie schon drauf läuft alles ohne probleme. Hatte vorher schon 4.1 allerdings drauf

ich bin jetzt mit den Upgraden auf 4.2 leider versteh ich nix über den Dop-IOS.
Muss man das nach dem Update machen?
Also APP und den Ordner mit boot elf?
Also in einem anderen Forum hab ich nix von Dop-ios gefunden einfach:
The best method to update to 4.2.
If you have 4.1 or lower and an internet connection to your wii.
Download and place Waninkoko's updater in the apps folder named as boot.dol
Run HBC
Agree to the upgrade
Install the New HBC, DVDX, and bootmii. (HBC's id changes, DVDX's id changes, and bootmii is corrected to forward correctly to the new HBC's id)
Make sure you have at least 300 blocks free. (I always make sure I have at least 500)
Run Waninkoko's updater and wait FOREVER. (it took a very long time just fyi, be patient)

ok habs nach dem Update verstanden, wieso das DOP-ios gut ist.
when instructed press A to Reboot the wii and you are good to go.

Du musst vorher upgraden und dann mit DOPIOS einfach 1.60 nochmal installieren wies im ersten Beitrag beschrieben ist.

denn sonst is der hbc verkehrt

Kann mir bitte wer helfen?
Habe nun den 4.2 Updater angewant. Dann hat die konsole neu gestartet.
Nun habe ich keinen HBC Channel mehr. Wie geht das nun mit dem Dopios?
Wie startet man dieses?
Würde mich freuen wenn ihr mir helfen könntet.

Bist du sicher das du den WANINKOKO Updater verwendet hast?

Hast du den Originalen verwendet?

Normal löscht nur das originale Update den HBC

Ja sorry, aber wenn man das so liest, dann klingt das so, als müsste man vorher auf die originale 4.2E updaten. Hab mich auch schon gewundert, wieso man das denn tun soll.
