Help Regarding Wiikey Order

I'm starting to feel the same way myself now, especially since there's a supplier in the UK as of today that seems cheaper, they should be getting their stock on the 9th but there's no guarantee.

same here, im still waiting for my tracking number, i brought this boaut last saturday/sunday im not sure but when i brought it, it was still in stock as it said in the site. So i demand to know how is my order going. Remember this is a reseller of wiikey (a offical reseller) so they HAVE to deliver this to us. Just dont give up hope, Im waiting until friday, they even said themself,

When i first found this site on wiikey.cn (offical site) i was looking for a online shop which delivery worldwide, i looked at all store and they wont accept paypal AND have no more wiikey in stock. SOOOO i went to this site as a last resort, i saw it IN STOCK AT saturday or sunday. so i brought it, use payment method (PAYPAL which was listed as one of the online payment) so i finish my order (i put all my address, my name *which is lam cao*, my post code, my delivery address and my email) i clicked continue, ask me again if this is the right and i click yes/continue...FINISH...they sent me my order with full detail of what i am paying for and all delivery charge. BELOW that it tells us all the online payment such as paypal, bank transfer yes?. do i did what they said to do. i went to paypal, logged in as my email, went to send money, put in the money (its aprox 65 euro, which is like £44) i sent it, went back to payment history and it says the name of the company (remember we didnt put the name of there company, only the email they went us to send it to)

so basicly, since we DID give money to them, they will HAVE (they have no right to hold our order back since we brought the item on the day it was in stock) ok sunday it say they are out of stock, so im thinking one of those wiikey that was in stock are mine. So after the payment, i receive no email from them what so ever (like my tracking order). So now im giving them till Saturday 10th 2007 to email me my tracking number or i demand my money back. Just dont worry, they have to send us our tracking number.

well I'm giving them till tomorrow now. If my chip isn't delivered by tomorrow afternoon I will cancel my order. I was going to write a positive write up of the service at Gamefreax but so far the service has been less than stellar and emails have been sent but very replied to. I don't often write emails to enquire because the shop usually sends me an email first when it's ready to ship.

I was told Friday last week first, then I was told Monday. So if it's not here on Wednesday, I'm asking for a full refund and going to order it from the UK

if they dont send it to us then its really pretty much false advertisement. Ahh as quote

doesnt it mean that we should be getting it by now (well for me it should be coming at thursday) since it says, it will send within 3 working days, its already been 2 days and i still have no tracking number.

it says that to email them if your package aint delivered within a reasonable time, wlel you been waiting for the package for more than a week when it suppose to be 3 days?

how come people in germany got there tracking number? and we dont? i think im going to cry, i want my tracking number T_T.

Gamefreax, im going to tell you once. MY transaction details TELLs me its complete, Paypal will tell me if bank tranfer is complete so you say

We will despatch your order once the money has arrived into our bank-account.

as quoted in your email, it say once the payment is complete, you will despatch my order, dont go saying that my payment havent been receive because the picture is the proof that our bank transfer is complete and also you said the quote above, soo when will i be expecting my delivery and my tracking number?

as long as you give me my tracking number i wont complain no more.

Other site, it gives me my tracking number after i ordered what i want.

i dont think it shouldnt be a problem to you guy gamefreax? right?

then again, i shall say sorry for double posting, but you need to serve your customer with updates on their package.
