Shipment Status

We have received one batch of Wiikeys yet which unfortunately was just enough for 25% of our orders. It doesnt matter if you live in england, germany or wherever, we do ship the goods in the same chronological order as they come in. We are very sorry for this but the wiikey team simply couldn't cope that huge demand. They knew it's gonna be huge but they didn't even dare of dreaminng that it's gonna be that huge.

Today we received the news that they actually had problems getting hold of blank ICs which led to another delay of around 1 week for the next big batch. New shipments from here to our customers can only take place in the middle of next week. We beg everybody's pardon but it is really not in our hands.

Please don't ask your questions about shipping status in this forum. It was meant to be a support forum for technical matters. We do answer all emails personally but please give us some time as our mailboxes are currently being flooded pretty much.

... and to the guys who write that we suck and all that ish: It's not we that suck and it's not the wiikey-team that sucks. It's the situation that sucks and it's nobody's fault, beleive me!

thanks for the information...sorry for complaining but i really do need a status of my order like a 1-2 days after i ordered my wiikey but it ending up 4 days later.

I don't think the statement in the original post is true. I ordered my premod on 20/2/07, order no. 19867.

This must have been among the very first orders you received, and I paid immediately by Paypal.

I have not received my console, or even an e-mail acknowledging receipt of payment.

PLEASE PLEASE can you at least e-mail me saying you got my payment.

I feel like I'm being completely ignored here.

My order number was just for a chip on its own, not a modded console, and my order number is about 100 earlier than yours, yet some people with order numbers in the 20,000s seem to have had their orders fullfilled.

dude my one is 20229 and i still receive nothing. Im still waiting as it is right now. Got an email from gamefreax (FINALLY) and all they siad is that they are getting new batch this week....

Your order is in preperation. Gamefreax will build your chip into the Wii in the next few days and you will recive another email when the wii is shipped to you.

I said a few days because there doesn´t stand a specific amount of time they will need.
Basicaly it says that Gamefreax has your Wii in preperation and that they will eMail you again once its on the way to you.
