Need urgent help with my friend's Wii

Hi Guys!

Yesterday evening my Wiikey V2 arrived, it's an original one. So I soldered it together with my friend into his Wii. I had a nice instruction and everything went fine also the soldering (I also controlled the contacts with a Multimeter and unter a microscope to be 100% sure it's soldered the right way without short circuits). OK so wen put the Wii together again and plugged it to the TV (The game Wii Sports - Original was in the Wii while adding the Wiikey) and the logo of Wii Sports appeared. OK so I made an Wii Update because the version was 2.1E and then it was 3.1E. Then I tried to update the Wiikey with a setup disk but every disk I put into the Wii was "unknown". They didn't even show the logo and later we tried to put Wii Sports again but also this game didn't show the logo anymore and the Wii only told it's an disk error / unknown disk and so on. But when I put the Wiikey Setup Disk 1.3 into the Wii I could see the gamecube logo but when I started it also this disk seemed to be errorous for the Wii.
I also have to say that all disks tested work on my Wii with an Wiikey inside and I also tested some original games like Guitar Hero but they didn't work.

Now I really have to know what I can do... I never saw anyone with the same problem in any forum I am registered so maybe here someone can help me...

And before you try to help me:
Yes, I soldered all contacts again after the first fail
Yes, all cables and screws are correctly, checked severel times
Yes, the Wii worked before soldering the Wiikey

hmmm, you should try it with GCOS again. Boot Gcos first and try to boot SetupDisc. Maybe it can help

don't have GCOS...

Its a Setup Disk already with the Gamecube Tool on it...

Hmm, maybe you can try it on another Medium, Like RITEK oder Verbatim, or burn it slower

already use Verbatim and burn at 4x...

My recorder can't burn slower

I am not a Wii N00b but I really have no clue this time what the problem could be...

On another forum they told me the Wiikey could be a clone and they sold it as the original one and I would need some kind of activation disk for it...

Will try this one but please keep posting possible solutions for my problem.
